The Corporate Governance Sub-committee of ACCA Pakistan has come up with a discussion paper "Looking Beyond Audit Committees" which aims to initiate a discussion on the business case for board committees other than the audit committees. ACCA Pakistan is organising a discussion forum "Looking Beyond Audit Committees" in Islamabad to offer an opportunity to panelists and participants from the business and financial world to explore and deliberate the opportunities and challenges of having business useful board committees.
